New Kibble Park opens this Saturday

THE $2.3 million redevelopment of Kibble Park at Gosford will be officially unveiled at a family fun day this Saturday from 10am.

The celebrations will feature free family entertainment featuring special guest, Australia's first MasterChef winner, Julie Goodwin.

There will be a range of activities to complement the new park features including 'Storytime', based on characters featured in the Enchanted Stream and an array of entertainment on the new stage including shows by the Australian Reptile Park, Hip Hop Dancers and a Magic Balloon Show.

The event will also feature a special appearance by Big Dog, as well as costumed characters exploring the new playground with the kids.

There will be giveaways, face painters, food, art and craft stalls and a chance to win $3000 with the Grab for Cash competition.
